Let me first describe my particular case of Psoriasis symptoms:
- Chronic Scalp Psoriasis
- Small patches on face and body
- Increased sensitivity to dry weather
- Increased sensitivity to smells (perfumes, deodorants and other cosmetic products
I decided to go on a “Blood cleaning Diet”:
Wake up: 2 Glasses of water
Breakfast: Fruit and vegetables only (except citrus or tropical fruit – no kiwi, oranges etc.)
On most mornings I juiced my fruit & vegetables – apples, pears, carrots, cucumbers, beet and celery all found their way to my juicer.
Lunch: Green salads or Steamed veggies (Steamed veggies are better if you have a sensitive stomach) with lemon and olive/sesame oil + Rice (I mixed white and brown rice for a better taste).
Night shade vegetables are not allowed (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant).
Teas: Green tea or Chamomile (*no sugar, you can put in a little honey)
Snacks: Stewed Apples (*no sugar), Rice cakes dipped in olive oil or almond butter, fruit (no dried fruits since they contain different additives).
Dinner: Fish or Organic farm chicken cooked in lemon, ginger, fresh herbs olive oil or garlic.
Alcohol, Dairy, Coffee, Sugar, wheat or Gluten products Are Not Allowed.
Eat at regular times and do not skip meals. Do not let your blood sugar levels drop.
Try to get regular daily exercise (walking is OK)
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
If you follow these guidelines you should see A huge difference after 3 weeks, if not a complete remission of all symptoms.
